You must read and acknowledge the following eligibility & liability declaration before enrolling in the ISMST 2026 – ESWT Online Certification Course.
This course and certification are open to physicians and to other licensed healthcare professionals who are legally permitted to perform focused shockwave therapy in the country or region where they practise. Before enrolling, please ensure that you are legally permitted to perform Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy (ESWT) in your country, state, province, or other applicable jurisdiction.
By enrolling in this course, you confirm that:
- You are a physician or another licensed healthcare professional and are legally permitted to perform focused shockwave therapy within the scope of your professional practice in the country or region where you practise.
- You accept full responsibility for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, professional standards, and licensing requirements.
- Neither the course provider nor the ISMST can be held responsible for any participant’s failure to comply with local legal or regulatory requirements.
- You understand and agree that you bear sole responsibility for the assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care of your patients. Neither the course provider, its instructors, nor the ISMST shall be liable for any clinical decisions, treatments, outcomes, or consequences arising from the application of information presented in this course.
- You understand that ISMST Certificates are issued exclusively by the ISMST and are subject to the ISMST’s certification requirements.
